2 eggs, beaten½ cup plain dry bread crumbs¼ cup lemon juice¼ sliced green onion½ tsp dry mustard½ lb imitation crab, flakedAdditional crumbs2 Tbsp Canola oil
In medium bowl, combine eggs, ½ cup bread crumbs, lemon juice, onions and mustard; fold in crab.
Shape into 8 patties ; coat with additional crumbs.
Coat a non stick skillet with 2 Tbsp of canola oil oor with no stick spray.
Brown patties on both sides. Refrigerate leftovers.
