Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
4 cup macaroni, preferably whole wheat, any variety1 cup shredded celery1 cup shredded onion1 cup frozen peas1 can meat (turkey, ham, chicken, or tuna)3-4 cup non-fat mayo (calculations are for 3 cups)salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Cook macaroni in lots of water, when just about done, add peas. Cook 5 more minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water till cool. Add celery, onions, meat, mayo, salt, & pepper. Mix well. Let sit in the refridgerator for several hours to mix flavors.
Makes 8 1 1/2 cup servings
