Ingredients
london broil pinch salt and pepper, oregano and veggies, onions and potatoes, carrots
Directions
london broil on a sheet
slice open
add spices, salt ,pepper (pinch)
oregano
slice onions, carrots and potatoes (you can add what you prefer)
bake in oven on 400 (MR(about 10 min )
turn over slice open, add spices (10 Min)
each side turn over 2 times and should be (MR )
now cooking time varies how you want it cooked and you will then take a fork and it will melt in your mouth no lnife needed

    This was ok. The directions aren't the clearest about the veggies and and the meat was stll tough. I think we will be trying another recipe next time - 11/4/12

    I didn't use oregano but put on worchestershire, Rosemary, Thyme, Fennell, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper. WOW.. what a good formula you came up with.
    I WILL be making this again. Hard to believe how tender it was. - 5/10/12
