Baby Red Potato's Mashed w/ Vegtable Broth

Ingredients
500 grams baby red potato's (5-6 small sized)2 tbsp dried parsley1/8 cup vegtable brothSalt & Pepper
Directions
Bring pot of water to a boil.

Slice and add baby red potatos and cook until soft in center.

Drain and add potato's to a bowl.

Add in parsley and mix with mixer. About half way through add the veggie broth. (Make sure you drain all the water.)

Add salt and pepper to your liking.
