Seafood stir-fry

Ingredients
* Scallops, raw, 4 oz * Clam, steamed (6 baby clams) * Spinach, fresh, 2 cup * Garlic, 3 clove - minced * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) quartered * Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 1 cup * White Wine, 1 fl oz
Directions
saute garlic in olive oil. add scallops and baby clams, tomato & broccoli. Once everything's cooked, add the wine and a tsp of butter and let it reduce. Once the juices have reduced, toss with spaghetti and enjoy!
