Dried Cranberries muffin

Ingredients
2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup splenda3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1.5 oz of dry cranberries1/2 cup walnuts1 egg, beaten3/4 cup skim milk1/3 cup unsweetend applesauce
Directions
preheat oven to 400, grease muffins tins with cooking spray, or paper line.
mix splenda, flour and baking powder tog, add in cranberries mix gently.
In small bowl ,beat egg, add in milk and applesauce, mix tog.
add to dry ing. bake for 18 to 22 minutes.
makes 12 muffins

    Very good! Thanks for the recipe! I omitted the walnuts because I don't like them, but I love dried cranberries. Omitting the walnuts took the calories and fat down quite a bit too. - 9/28/08
