2-3 large garlic diced5 large tomatoes diced1-2 Tablespoon olive oil for cookingpocket bread
Directions
Chop garlic fried in olive oil add diced tomato cook at med high heat until tomatoes are soft add salt and pepper to taste pour in a shallow bowl. Eat with pocket bread.
