Chicken with Green Grapes

Ingredients
two chicken breast (cubed)white wine1 cup green seedless grapes1 tbsp minced shallot1 cup cream
Directions
Cook the two chicken breasts on stove top in a small amount of sodium free chicken broth (less calories than cooking in butter) until 90% cooked. Remove chicken and degrease the pan with white wine and shallots (the entire bottom of the pan covered) When the wine is reduced by half add the grapes, chicken and cream. Keep on heat until chicken is cooked through. Is great served on brown curried rice
