Asian Chicken and Noodles

Ingredients
2.5 lbs Boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces2 tbs Olive oil1 16oz bag frozen Asian style vegetables2 blocks Chicken flavor ramen noodles
Directions
Heat a large skillet and add the olive oil. When oil is hot add the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes until white. Add the vegetables and the water and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the ramen noodles and cook for another 3 minutes. Stir in the seasoning packets from the noodles and serve. 8 servings
