Chicken Zucchini Bake

2 1/2 cups zucchini, thinly sliced2 cups cut up chicken breast (chunks)1 cup (can) condensed cream of chicken soup2 tbs nonfat milk1/8 tsp nutmeg1 cup of Bisquik baking mix1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1 egg1 tsp parsley flakes1/4 cup margarine
Heat oven to 350. Arrange sliced zucchini in 8 x 8 x 2 pan or baking dish. Top with chopped chicken. Mix soup, milk & nutmeg. Spread over chicken. Mix bisquik baking mix, parmesan cheese & egg until crumbly. Sprinkle over soup mixture. Sprinkle with parsely flakes. Drizzle with mararine. Bake until golden brown (25-30 min). Enjoy!
