Chicken stir-fry

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunchMushrooms, freshRed or Orange Bell PepperSnap peasWaterchestnuts Soy Sauce, Chicken Breast tendersMinced Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Slice chicken into cubes.
Sautee in garlic, olive oil and sesame oil.
add broccoli.
add mushrooms.
add peppers.
add peas.
add chestnuts.

(I usually chop as I'm cooking- I let each veggie cook for a few minutes before adding the next)

Add soy sauce for flavor. Serve over rice.
