Chicken with mushrooms & wine cream sauce

Ingredients
1/4 cup white wine2 chicken breasts (4 halves), cubed1 chopped medium onion2 cups mushrooms2 cans 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup 3 cups long grain rice
Directions
Spray large skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
Put wine in skillet.
Heat onions and chicken in wine until chicken is fully cooked.
Add mushrooms and cream of mushroom soup - cook for an additional 5 minutes or so to heat through the soup, stirring often.
Serve over rice.
