Honey Dijon Salmon Patties

Ingredients
10oz canned boneless skinless salmon2 tblsp Honey2tsp Dijon mustard3 dashes Woceshire sauce1tbsl finely grated onion1 egg white1 slice Reduced calorie (light) wheat bread crumbed
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.

Seperate out into 3 equal sized portions.

Pat out each portion into burger like patties.

Cook in a non stick skillet on Medium heat until each side is browned and cooked threw (about 7 min on each side.)

Serve on a wheat bun or eat without. Delicious and something different!

    These were good, but sweeter than I prefer. I would like to make them again with a different balance of ingredients. Less honey, more dijon, onion, and worcestershire sauce. - 2/4/10
