1/2 medium celery root3 tbsp sour cream1 chicken breast boiled and cut in small cubes1 tsp mustardsalt, pepper, paprika (sweet chilli powder)
Makes 5-6 servings
Boild the chicken brest until tender - leave it to cool and then cut it in small pieces/cubes. In a bowl put 3 tbsp of sour cream, the celery root (grated), the mustard, salt, pepper and paprika. You may find it even tastier with one pickle cut in small pieces incorporated at the end. Because you won't need the whole quantity, use plastic container to store it in the fridge and use it as a sandwich filler when you don't really have time to cook.
