green bean in white sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup flour1 tbsp soft spread1 cup milkpepper salt
Directions
mix all together over a low heat until smooth. Boil green beans til soft and then add them to the mix along with any meat you'd like. You can also dip bread in it for a white suace.
