Peanut Butter Drops

Ingredients
1/2 c margarine2 cups sugar1/2 cup soy milk3 cups rolled oats5 tablespoons peanut butter1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Line a cookie sheet with foil or waxed paper. Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat. Add sugar and soy milk increasing the heat to medium. Bring mix to boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add oats, peanut butter, and vanilla. Stir vigorously. Drop mix by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and let stand until firm.
