Zucchini Mushroom Wraps

-- 2 zucchini-- 5 oz mushrooms (about 1/2 package) - baby bellas are great for this recipe-- 5 cloves garlic (more or less to taste)-- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (low fat)-- 4 whole wheat tortillas-- 1 tbs olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop zuchinni and mushrooms into bite sized pieces. Chop or mince garlic. Heat oil in pan and add garlc. Slightly brown over low heat. Add zucchini and saute for about 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute until vegetables start to soften (about 5 minutes).
Place 1/4 of the cheddar cheese on each tortilla and place on cookie sheet. Put veggies on a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Add 1/4 of sauteed vegetables to each tortilla and wrap like a burrito, folded side down.
Bake in the oven until tortilla starts to crisp (about 5-10 minutes).
