Best Ever Veggie Chili

Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup pieces * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped * Beans, black, 1 cup * Beans, red kidney, 1 cup * Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup * *Refried Beans, 1 cup * Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt, 1 Cup * Chili powder, 2 tbsp * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp * Vegetable Broth, 3 cup * *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp * Liquid Smoke (optional), 1 tsp
Directions
This'll make a big pot-full- enough for 6-8 servings.

1. Chop up all your veggies and saute in a big pot- a dutch oven if you have one

2. Drain and rinse all your beans, add to the veggies, as well as the tomatoes, including the juice

3. Add spices and seasonings to taste, as well as the stock/broth

4. Bring to a small boil , and reduce heat to simmer 30 minutes
