Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
1lb lean turkey1 egg white1/4 c chopped onion1/2 c cooked pinto beans2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp black pepper1 tsp parsley6 Tbsp ketchup
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients BUT the ketchup. Evenly disburse the meat mixture into 6 muffin cups. Pop in the oven for 25 minutes. Then pull out the pan and top each muffin cup with 1Tbsp of ketchup. Pop back in the oven for about 5 minutes or just enough time for the ketchup to get hot. When serving, you'll need to spoon out each meatloaf muffin. One meatloaf muffin equals one servings.
