Ingredients
3 cups v-8 juice1/4 tsp tabasco1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce2-3 tbsp wine vinegar1 tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp basil1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2-3 tbsp olive oil1 garlic clove2 tbsp chopped parsley1/2 cup finely diced tomato1/4 cup finely diced green pepper1/4 cup finely diced celery1/4 cup finely diced cucumber2 tbsp chopped onion
Directions
Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 4 hours.

Serve with garlic croutons.
