Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 breast, bone and skin removed cut into thin stripsSun Dried Tomatoes, 1 cup juillane cutChicken Broth or Bouillon, 1/4 cupCorn Starch, 1 teaspoonOnions, raw, 1 small dicedJalapeno Peppers, .5 cup, sliced more or less to tasteBanana Peppers, .5 cup dash of gravy master or soy sauce
saute chicken, onions and peppers until almost cooked. Add tomatoes, soy sauce and broth and cover for a few minutes until chicken is fully cooked. Add corn starch to thicken. Done
