this is a frozen dessert- there is no cooking time required- only time in the freezer- I often make it in the morning to give it time to freeze before dessert after dinner.

I was all excited until I saw the Cool Whip. I wouldn't touch that crap with a 10 ft. pole!

We put in a whole can of the pink lemonade & a few drops of red food coloring to "pink" it up a bit more...we also used chocolate cookie crusts...everyone enjoyed it & the dieters avoided it! LOL

If you like lemon, you will LOVE this pie! :o) We make our with regular lemonade instead of pink and I add a little yellow food coloring to just make it obvious that it is lemon. I just made this up this morning for company tonight. Not even as bad as I expected calorie-wise. - 5/25/10

this sounds good. i'll have to try this. i'll maybe half it and just mix up the rest of the lemonade as a drink. lord knows we don't need TWO pies in the fridge! - 8/24/08
