Whole Wheat Vegan Pizza

Crust:2/3 cups water2 tbsp olive oil3/8 teaspoon salt1 cup all-purpose flour1 cup whole-wheat pizza1 tsp yeastToppings:1 tbsp olive oil1.5 cups pasta sauce12 thin slices of tomato1 red pepper, thinly sliced1 tsp oregano (fresh or dried)1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Place crust ingredients in bread machine in order given. Make dough in bread machine following machine directions. Brush baking pan with 1/2 tbsp olive oil. Roll out dough and place on pan. Brush entire crust with remaining olive oil. Spread sauce. Top with veggies, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Bake at 450 F for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Makes 12 slices.
