Easy Lo Calorie Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 13 ounce can of Member's Mark (Sam's Club brand - I'm sure any would do) Chicken Breast in water2 T of a finely chopped stalk of celery with a small piece of onion.4 T Light MayonnaiseMix wellCan be spread on celery stalks, bell pepper strips, crackers, or bread. For some color add some parsley and if you don't have celery - use celery seed.
Directions
Drain the can of chicken breast, mix in the finely chopped celery & onion, add the mayonnaise and eat or chill. I divided it into 4 good sized servings.
