Taco Mac and cheese (3/4 cup serving)

Ingredients
2 boxes Kraft Macaroni and Cheese Dinner 1 lb Ground beef, lean1 14.5 oz can of Diced Tomatoes1/4 cup Taco Seasoning2 cups water2/3 cup milk
Directions
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet, then drain and return to skillet. Add the remaining ingredients including the cheese packets from the mac and cheese boxes. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed, cover and simmer on very low heat - stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick to the pan. Ready to serve when pasta cooked. Optional (not included in nutrition info): Top with a dollop of fat free sour cream and/or a handful of crushed tortilla chips.
