Honey Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. reduced fat baking/biscuit mix1/2 c. whole wheat flour1/4 c. wheat germ1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. ground cinnamon1/2 c. egg beaters1 c. non fat plain yogurt1/2 c. milk1 medium, ripe banana - mashed2 T. Honey
Directions
In small bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Combine the eggs, yogurt, milk, banana and honey; add to dry ingredients just until moistened.

Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot griddle coated with cooking spray; turn when bubbles form on top. Cook until the second side is golden brown.

Serve with fruit and/or syrup if desired.
