Asparagus, fresh, 16 spear, medium Portabella Mushrooms, 4 caps slicedOnions, raw, 2 medium sliced 1/4 inch ringsOlive Oil, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 dash
Preheat oven to 400*. Toss veggies in oil and spread in baking dish sprikle with pepper or any other seasoning you like and roast for 15 minutes until crusty and brown.
