Whole Wheat Banana Raisin Nut Muffins

1/3+1/4 c unsweetened applesauce1 t vanilla extract2 eggs3 small ripe bananas, mashed1/2 c brown sugar, packed1 3/4 c whole wheat flour1 t baking soda1/2 c chopped mixed nuts1/2 c raisins1/2 t cinnamon1/4 t nutmeg
Combine and mix applesauce, eggs, vanilla, banana.
Combine and stir together brown sugar, whole wheat flour, baking soda, nuts, raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg in separate, larger bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Stir until moist.
Mix batter then fill muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
