chicken w/ black beans

Ingredients
3 bone less,skin less chicken thighs diced(pork is better but can also substitute w/ beef) 1-2 cups of cilantro (2 cups=96 tbsp) roughly chopped1 can of black beans5 thinly sliced ginger root 1 medium onion slicedsoy sauce and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
heat pan and add oil. when hot, add onions and fry til transparent. add meat and cook until browned. add rest of ingredients. when cilantro has wilted, add soy sauce and pepper to taste.
