1 cup old fashioned oatmeal1 cup Whole Wheat flour1 egg1/3 cup evaporated milk non fatCup+ of water5 tsp of brown sugar1tsp of vanilla extract3 tsp baking powder1 tbsp of carob powderdash of salt
this makes 10 pancakes using 1/4 cup measure to pour batter on grill.
mix wet ingredients, mix dry ingredients , mix together add enough water over a cup to make a thin batter , the pancakes fluff up don't be afraid to thin the batter.
