Ingredients
3 cup rice, flakes 1 tsp salt 1/4 tbsp cumin seeds 1/4 tbsp mustard 1/8 tsp turmeric 1/8 tbsp red chili, ground 0.25 Cup vegetable oil 2 medium potato, diced
Directions
1. Heat Canola Oil and add mustrad, cumin seeds at med-high heat.
2. Saute Boiled and diced potato until brown 5 min
3. Add Chili and Ginger paste and continue to saute for 5 min
4. Add turmeric and mix well
5. Add rice flakes- poha and mix well
6. Add Sugar, Salt and lime juice and mix well. Serves 8.
