Bowtie Pasta with beef

Ingredients
Healthy Harvest Pasta, Rotini, 10 oz Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.5 cup Garlic, 2 clove Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped Shallots, 1 tbsp choppedTomato Paste, .125 cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese, 2 tsp Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, .5 cup Ground Beef (lean), 16 oz
Directions
Prepare pasta as directed on package. Saute onion and garlic until onions are clear. Add beef and brown. Add Parmesan, tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Add pasta and stir well. Pour this mixture into a greased 13X9 in pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle mozzarella on top. Return to oven for ten minutes, until cheese is melted. Serves approx. 10 (1 cup portions).
