Chili Mac with Zucchini

Ingredients
2 cups elbow macaroni (8 oz)1/2 onion, chopped1/2 green pepper, chopped1 clove garlic1 15-ounce can tomato sauce1 1/2 cups water4 teaspoons chili powder1 teaspoon cumin1 16-ounce can pinto or kidney beans, rinsed and drained2 to 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast1 medium zucchini, dicedsalt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions.

Saute onion, green pepper and garlic until onion is translucent. Add remaining ingredients, as well as cooked pasta. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
