3 avocados 1/2 cup nonfat milk5 equal packets (as sweet as you want it)1 tsp vanilla extractRefrigerator up until serving
Directions
Blender for 3 minutes all together until a thick cream is formed. Refrigerator for at least 2 hours and until serve.
