Marinated Tofu Steaks

Marinaded Tofu Steaks1 block extra firm tofu2 tsp. ground coriander4 tsp. garlic powder1/2 cup tamari2 cups filtered water1. Cut the block of tofu in 1/4 -inch-thick slices; then cut the slices diagonally into triangles.2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over the tofu triangles. Marinate for 1 hour. Store in a sealed container in the fridge. Keeps up to 5 days.*you can find tamari where you would find soy sauce.*the tofu's really great in a wrap or on a sandwich with grated carrot cucumber, alfalfa sprouts, pesto sauce, mayo and really anything you can find. I really love putting grated carrots on my sandwiches though. You could even cut up the steaks and put them in a salad.
