Olive Oil, 1 tbspScrambled Egg, 1 cup. Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped.Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 cup, chopped or sliced.Hot chile pepers, 0.5 cup or Bell peperMushrooms, fresh, 0.5 cup, pieces or slices.3 Flour tortilla, 8 inch.
Directions
An a pan put the oil. fry the egg and, add the rest of the ingridients to the pan, except the torillas, Simmer for 3-5 mins, warm the tortillas put everyting in the tortilla, and roll.
Enjoy wit a cup of coffe. or orange juice.
