baked jalapeno poppers

Ingredients
6 jalapeno peppers halved and seeded1/2 package cream cheese1/2 onion1/2 cup mexican cheese blend1 cup fiber one cereal (ground up in processor)1 egg1 ounce milka little flour for breading
Directions
in a processor grind up cereal. I like to then season with pepper and a little chili powder. Put in a bowl and then blend cream cheese with onion, cheese blend, and any seasonings you want. I like to use a little hot sauce, garlic, and chili powder. fill jalapenos with cheese mix then chill for at least one hour. coat peppers with flour, then egg mix (egg and milk) then fiber one breading. For more crust repeat egg and breading once more. bake in 350 preheated oven for about 20 minutes. enjoy!
