Ingredients
1 c milk1c water1c cooked or canned pumpkin2 T brown sugar1 t pumpkin spice1 c steel cut oats optional - pumpkin seeds, maple syrup, pecans, walnuts, raisins
Directions
makes 5 - 1/2 c servings
bring to a boil - milk, water, pumpkin, sugar and spice

Add Oatmeal - cook for 40 min stirring often
Serve with optional ingredients
