Crockpot Turkey Sausage & Potatoes

Ingredients
1 Carton of 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth2 packages of Jennie-O Lean Smoked Turkey Sausage1 Onion cut into large chunks2 Large potatoes 1/2 tsp Ground Sage1 tsp dried parsley1/4-1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp salt(I use season salt)1/2 pkg. baby carrots(approx. 1 1/2 cup)
Directions
Pour chicken broth into crockpot. Cut sausage into 2 inch pieces. Cut onion into large pieces. I cut the onion in half and then cut the 1/2 into 8 pieces. Cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Place sausage, onion and potatoes into crockpot with the chicken broth. Add the sage, parsley, salt & pepper to mixture in crockpot. Cook for 4-6 hours until potatoes are done. Enjoy!
