Curry Egg Salad

Ingredients
Eggs, fresh, 6 largeMayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 2 tbspYellow Mustard, 2 tspOnion, finely chopped, 1/2 cupVlasic Sweet Relish, 2 tspCurry powder, 1 tsp (to taste)Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp (to taste)Salt, 1/8 tsp (to taste)*Pepper, white, 1/8 tsp (to taste)
Directions
Hard boil eggs and once cool, chop whites (the small the chop the better). Mash egg yolks. Add all remaining ingredients until blended. Mustard, curry, garlic, salt and pepper may be adjusted to taste preferences. Serve on bed of chopped lettuce with dollop of relish or side of pickle; Also with bread as a sandwich.
