Oatmeal/Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1-1/3 c. flour1 c. oatmeal1 c. crushed shredded wheat-type cereal1/4 c. splenda brown sugar blend, packed (OR 1/2 c. brown sugar - will alter nutritional values)1/2 c. splenda baking blend (OR same measure sugar - will alter nutritional values)1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powder1/4 tsp. salt1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce1 egg1 tsp. vanilla extract1 tsp. butter flavoring/extract
Directions
Cream together egg, white splenda, applesauce, vanilla and butter extracts. In separate bowl, combine flour, oats and wheat, brown splenda, baking powder and soda, and salt. Mix dry ingredients into egg mixture and blend well. Add chocolate chips, then spoon onto greased baking sheet or ungreased baking stone. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes approximately 40 1-inch cookies.
