Italian meatloaf:8 oz lean ground beef 340 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce 802 tbsp c ketchup 40 2 tbsp bread crumbled 901 oz Monterrey cheese 100 dash salt & pepper Total calories: 650 Divided into two servings 4 oz each =325 calories per servingSide dish: Salad/low cal dressing add about enother 60 -100 calories depending on size.

Mix all ingredients by hand in medium bowl and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees
