Sugar Free Fresh Apple Pie

Ingredients
2 refrigerated rolled pie crusts1 C. splenda6 C. sliced fresh apples1/4C. butter, melted2T. cinnamon2T. grandulated sugar1/4C. cornstarch mixed with 1/4C. water
Directions
Roll out 1 pie crust into a pie plate.
In a large bowl, toss 6 cups of sliced fresh apples with Splenda. Mix cornstarch and cold water and stir until smooth. Pour over apples. Toss well. Pour into pie crust. Mix Cinnamon and granulated sugar and sprinkle over the top. Place 2nd pie crust over top and slit top in several places to allow steam to escape. Brush with melted butter. (You do not need to use all the butter). Bake in a 375F oven for 30-50 minutes until golden brown.
