Dilled Chickpea Salad

Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 canOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced Cucumber (with peel), 1/2 cup choppedSweet peppers (bell), .25 cup, chopped Smart Balance light mayonnaise, 2 tbsp Kraft Tuscan House Italian dressing and marinade, 2 tbsp dill herb blend, Gourmet Garden, 3 tsp 1 tsp. dill seed1/4 cup dry roasted almonds
Directions
Drain chickpeas. Add onions, celery, cucumber, and bell pepper. Toss lightly. Chop almonds very fine. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, dressing, dill blend, dill seed, and almonds. Mix well, then pour over salad. Toss again, and refrigerate, tightly sealed. Allow to chill at least two hours, or overnight.
Makes four one cup servings.
