Doug's Fries

Ingredients
Directions
1/2 large potato (the one we used was HUGE) or 1 medium potato1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt
Heat oil in pan (or deep fryer)
Slice potato into small strips (french fry size)
Place in heated oil and fry until done. (about 5-10 minutes could take longer depending on thickness of slices)
Lay on paper towels to drain. Sprinkle with Seasoned salt.
Makes about 2 servings.

no the oil is not calculated because everyone uses different methods & oils for frying, and all oils can add a different value.

we found the seasoned salt added more flavor than plain salt so I adjusted the recipe. :)
