Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
* 1 can black beans * 1 1/2 cup cooked brown rice * 1 cup roasted corn * 1/2 jalapeno * 1/2 onion * 1 tsp cayenne pepper * 1 tsp cumin * 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
1. Saute the onion in the olive oil.
2. Add the jalapeno, corn and spices to the pan.
3. Mix the beans, rice, and onion mixture in a food processor.
4. Form into palm-size patties.
5. Grill or pan-fry.

Should make 15-18 servings, depending on size.
