Ingredients
# Beef, round steak, 21 oz Water, tap, 3 cup (for beef)Flour, white, .25 cup Mashed Potatoes, dehydrated, 4.75 cup hood carb countdown 2% milk, 1 cup Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium, 1 Tbsp Peas, canned, 2 can Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp if desiredOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Directions
take beef and cut into cubes(take any fat off), chop onion,brown beef and onions then pour 3 cups of water into pan and add any seasonings you want then cook on low for at least a hour to get tender, add flour and cook on low stirring once in a while, make instant potatoes by recipe (if they ask for less water then 2 cups then substitute with the milk I put in recipe) adding the milk and margarine I put in this recipe. cook peas, serves 6 (about 1/2 cup of potatoes, 1/2 cup of beef and gravy and 1/2 cup of peas each serving)
