Ingredients
1 lb frozen chicken breast tenders16 oz pkg frozen broccoli & cauliflower1 cup water1 tsp Knorr chicken bullion or chicken base1/3 cup brown rice (dry)3/4 cup sour creamonion powdergarlic powderblack pepperred pepper flakes
Directions
Put everything except the sour cream in a crock pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Add sour cream when ready to serve, mix well.
