8 oz light cream cheese1 cup salsa1 sm can diced green chiles1 can pinto beans, rinsed and dicedCheddar cheese, 1 C shreddedGreen enchilada sauce, 1/2 C
Preheat oven to 350F
Spray 9x 12 baking dish w/ Pam
Mix cream cheese, salsa & green chiles in sm pan over med heat. When cheese is melted, add
pinto beans & chicken.
Tear tortillas into pieces and layer - lasagne style
tortillas, meat mixture, tortillas, meat mixture, tortillas. Top with Enchillada sauce & cheese and cover with foil. Remove foil and set under broiler to melt cheese.
