Brocolli Raisin Salad

Ingredients
1 head broccoli, cut into flowerettes1/2 cup red onion, chopped1/2 cup raisins8 oz cheddar cheese1 cup mayo2 tbsp vinegar1/4 cup sugar
Directions
Combine first 4 ingrediants. Mix mayo, vinegar and sugar, pour over broccoli mixture.

    This was very good. I cut everything in half (mayo, vineger, cheese) and it was still good, but less fat & cals. Left out the raisins b/c I don't like them and threw in about two table spoons of chopped pecans. Love it!! My hubby enjoyed too. - 4/12/10
